Built and operated by Icemann Development LLC since 1997, the TGH Iceplex serves as a premier training facility, including two NHL-sized ice pads. As the training home for the Tampa Bay Lightning, the facility offers high-quality ice sports amenities and serves both professional athletes and the local community.

Advent Health Center Ice
Completed in February 2017, Advent Health Center Ice is a premier ice sports facility built, owned, and operated by Icemann Development LLC. Spanning over 150,000 square feet, the center features three NHL-sized ice pads, one Olympic-sized pad, and a mini rink, making it the largest ice sports complex in the Southeast. Our team managed every aspect of the project, from construction to ongoing operations, providing a state-of-the-art venue for athletes and the community.

The Commons at Trinity, and current school expansion
A sports education complex with mixed flex space classrooms and admin offices, a state of the art educational facility to support a 180 student capacity for two class sessions per day, for a total of 450 at full capacity for Trinity Sports expected in year 2 operations.
100’s of custom homes, rehabs, small commercial build outs throughout the Tampa Bay area. Work featured in high end home magazines and articles.
