About Mollyana Ward

Mollyana Ward is a partner and Vice President of Icemann Development. She moved to Florida in 1993 after living in Connecticut, the Bahamas, Colombia and Venezuela. While she was raising three sons with her late Husband, Rick Ward, she worked in the childcare industry. Her program was licensed and accredited. From 1998-2001 she served as the President of the Central Florida Association for Family Child Care after serving as Vice President. She was awarded the Gold Seal of Excellence from the state of Florida and was an advocate for children through Community Coordinated Care for Children of Seminole County, Florida.

After moving to Volusia County in 2001, she went on to start her own retail business selling home décor, allowing her to move up in ranks from a distributor to unit leader to senior unit leader. Mollyana homeschooled her three sons for 10 years of their education while she also attended two years of college at Hillsborough Community College (HCC) after moving to Pasco in 2007. During her time at HCC she was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.

Mollyana has served in her local church working with children and youth throughout most of her adult life and worked on staff at New Hope Alliance as the Director of Community Outreach. Mollyana has spent a lifetime on stage, modeling and performing in TV/film/. She has been the principal actor in many commercials and has interviewed dozens of local business leaders during her time at WCNTtv, also known as Neighborhood News Online.net. In 2015 she was voted the Best Actress of Tampa Bay by Creative Loafing.

Mollyana became a licensed Realtor in 2013 and a Broker in 2016 while working for Florida Executive Realty. During this time, she also served the community as Chair of the Women of Wesley Chapel (WOW), a program of the North Tampa Bay Chamber. In 2017 she was asked to be the managing broker for Lagoon Realty, a new firm owned by Metro Development Group, where she and her team created a company that would meet the needs of the growing interest in Crystal Lagoon centered communities. While there, her husband of 25 years was diagnosed with Glioblastoma brain cancer (GBM) and after a difficult 14-month battle, he lost his fight and passed in 2019. Determined to be strong, Mollyana decided to open up her own brokerage, Innovation Realty Group where she employed a number of agents including her mother, an industry veteran, and her eldest son Ricky Ward II, a new licensee.

In 2020 she created the first coworking space in Wesley Chapel, RAW Space Collaborative (named with her late husband’s initials) where she was able to use her creative talent to design her concept from the ground up. With 8 private offices, meeting rooms and shared space, RAW Space served as the main location for her real estate company, in addition to branch locations for several local businesses and entrepreneurs.

In 2021, Mollyana implemented her “First Friday Networking” event, now a local must for casual one on one networking opportunities. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Pinellas Realtor Organization (PRO), Pasco chapter and has served on the governmental affairs committee and RPAC at Greater Tampa Realtors (GTR) and PRO.

Mollyana is excited to now partner with LPT Realty, owned by RP Funding’s Robert Palmer, as she enters with her team at the ground level of his highly promising business model. She will continue to lead and grow her team of agents while creating new opportunities through her partnership and position within Icemann Development LLC.
